Meet the team for Innovo!

David Thompson, Clinical Director, LMFT-S, CSAT

My name is David and I'm glad you're here! I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and supervisor. I have trained in diverse types of therapy including psychotherapy, emotionally focused therapy, behavioral therapy and EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and ART (accelerated resolution therapy). I am also a certified sex addiction therapist or CSAT (www.iitap.com).

I have been involved in therapy for the past 12 years working with individuals, couples, and families. I attended UVU and BYU for graduate studies and started out as a clinical director of an adolescent treatment center for boys struggling with sexual addiction. I also work with Addo Recovery and teach family relations as adjunct faculty for BYU-Idaho. My parents divorced when I was 5 and I have seen a lot of difficult challenges throughout my life. I have now been married 19 years and have 5 children of my own. I enjoy date nights, traveling and hiking (as you can tell from the pictures), and I love to watch the Food Network with our kids. My greatest satisfaction is in helping people discover their self-worth and watching the changes that follow.

Enoch Fossum, AMFT

I'm a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern dedicated to helping individuals and couples find healing, connection, and clarity. I am specializing in working with clients struggling with sexual addiction—including pornography addiction—and the deep impact of betrayal trauma. In addition to this focus, I also work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)—modalities that help people create lasting emotional bonds and live with greater purpose and authenticity. Whether you're seeking to rebuild trust, restore intimacy, or reconnect with your values, I’m here to walk that journey with you.

Outside of the therapy room, I’m passionate about health, fitness, and living intentionally. I believe in helping others become the version of themselves they’ve always wanted to be—whole, resilient, and empowered.
