At-home Therapy Program
We provide a way to work through addiction recovery and/or betrayal trauma at home, and at your own pace, without coming in for therapy sessions. This is not the best fit for everyone, but it may be a helpful process for you. The program includes written access to a therapist to ask questions at any time. If you decide you want to meet in-person or online to talk to a therapist directly, you can!
This guide will include the handouts, videos, and steps necessary for you to work through your addiction recovery or betrayal trauma process on your own, with FAQ's and the ability to communicate with a licensed therapist anytime you need.
